New condominium, gated entrance, double-height living rooms, balcony w/ bbq grill, and ample parking spaces. Well-located near US-192, restaurants, waterparks, shopping centers, 6 minutes from Disney parks, 25 minutes from Universal Studios.

This community has its own amenities such as a pool, gym, and other facilities; however, there is a daily fee of $100 to have access to the clubhouse and its facilities. There is a restaurant inside the clubhouse to which no fee is required to have access.

Beautiful property

This is only 10 minutes from Disney and lots of convenient places around! Beautiful and very clean inside! We would definitely stay here again!

Not what we'd hoped... be careful with this listing

This owner does not seem to care. Pool and gym are NOT included. I repeat... NOT included. While it may warn of an additional cost somewhere in the listing, in the amenities section, it lists the pool as an amenity, and says nothing about an extra cost. Look at the fine print, as this owner seems to bait and switch. On top of that:-The listing says 5 minutes from Disney. Also not true. To be fair.... if there is ZERO traffic, and you are ONLY going to Animal Kingdom, then your drive is a 7 minute drive. However, if you are going to Magic Kingdom, or Hollywood Studios, or Epcot... and even with minimal traffic, you are looking at 15 minutes. In some cases, closer to 30 minutes with some normal Disney traffic. Do NOT be fooled by the 5 minutes title.-The back porch is right off a main road with cars whizzing by. Don't be fooled by the pictures.-Grill is locked with a combination lock. Apparently people are stealing grilles or something, but if you want to use the grill, you need to contact the owner.-They need bowls. This seems weird, but the "bowls" they have as part of the dish set are tiny. Not even sure you could call them bowls.-The TV was annoying to use. Not sure if the batteries in the remote had died, or the internet was slow.... or both. But the TV functionality was poor-It lists all bathrooms with a bidet. Not true. The toilets have what essentially amounts to a garden hose coming off of the plumbing at the toilet. Not actual bidets.
