Great location

The condo was good and in a great location. It is a perfect size for 2 people or maybe 3 adult and 3 children. I think it would feel a little crowded with more than 3 adults especially with only having one bathroom. It's an easy walk to the beach if you have small children. It overlooks the pool but it is quiet inside when the door is closed. It was nice to have furniture on the balcony and the trees provided privacy if you wanted to sit outside and read. I would ask for the furniture to be cleaned and may have a slipcover as they were stained a bit. The kitchen needs more flatware, baking sheets and skillets for guest that are going to cook more. The washer and dryer was nice to have if we needed to do laundry. It location is walkable. Overall, it was good.

Location and convenience. The condo is easy to get to. Easy and close access to the beach. Access to the swimming pool was just steps away. Loved the fact it had an elevator. The layout of the condo, the fact that it had a washer and dryer.

Updated and clean condo!

Condo seems almost brand new! It was VERY clean and comfortable. A nice partial view of the pool and a short walk through the pool and a boarded pathway the beach. So nice to not be across the street from the beach. There are some high rise condos nearby but the beach was not too crowded at all. Great place for a couple or small family!
