Cute home in Sturgis City Limits
Come stay at our adorable little 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. This property is perfect for a stay in the World Famous Sturgis Motorcycle Rally! Located 8 blocks from Main street and a beautiful walk. Close to bike trails and ATV trails.
Great central location for exploring the northern hills.
About the Space:

-Laundry Room: Washer and Dryer with soap! plus twin size full bed
-Living room with Smart TV, includes a hulu subscription!
-Fully Equipped Kitchen including basic spices.
Yard:
The huge backyard of this home has a large flagstone fire pit/patio with a view of "Dead Man's Hill". Wild turkeys have been known to frequent our backyard, and you can see cows and deer on the hill on occasion. Deer are frequently encountered in the neighborhood.
Neighborhood:
Quiet, safe neighborhood perfect for a family vacation.
Dogs only:
Dog friendly! Dog fees apply, $75 per stay. We love pups but they, unfortunately, take a lot more to clean up after between guests. We allow up to two dogs only.

Guests will get a unique door code for an electronic door lock and enter through their private entrance. (no common areas)

As a Superhost, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home while leaving it nice and clean for the next guests.
IMPORTANT: No Smoking of any kind is allowed on the property as secondhand smoke can cause an asthma attack for several of our employees. Should this rule be violated, we will need the unit cleaned by a professional smoke restoration company and the guest will be liable for the $2,500 dollar charge.
Quiet Hours: after 10 pm until 7am.
General Damages: Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. All damages or missing items occurring during your stay will need to be paid for by you before departure. Cleaners check for damages and any missing items after each stay. Any damages or missing items can and will be billed to the guest.
Fire Prevention and Safety: Please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes space heaters, air conditioners, fans, hair curlers/straighteners and portable device chargers.
Other: No one is allowed in the home not already specified before starting stay. We may leave consumables such as coffee and small snacks for you to enjoy. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
Parties: Are not allowed unless given written permission. If guests are found to have had a party without permission guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY with no refund. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
