The Neighborhood:
Jamaica Plain, known fondly to locals as "JP," is one of the hippest neighborhoods in Boston. The area is known for its amazing green spaces and culinary scene; take a 5 minute walk to the scenic Franklin Park arboretum, or pick up a taco from Chilacates. JP's close proximity to downtown Boston makes this the perfect place for guests who want to explore the city while enjoying the local flavor of this quintessential Bean Town neighborhood.
Getting Around:
Catch an orange line train from Green Street (4-6 minute walk) and you'll be in downtown Boston in about 15 minutes. If you're exploring Centre Street, take the 39 Bus to Back Bay Station.
JP is also the most bike-friendly neighborhood in Boston; the Southwest Corridor Park stretches to Back Bay and is well worth the ride. Didn't bring your bike with you? Rent a Bluebike, Boston bicycle sharing program, for $10/day. The closest Bluebike station is located at the Green Street T station.
Should you choose to bring a car, please be advised there is only on-street parking available. We advise all our guests to observe street signs and street cleaning days to avoid getting a ticket.

Found street parking easily. Great location with park and Pond near by. Plenty of space and comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood. A few minor issues but management responded right away. One bedroom is very, very small but would be fine for children. The other bedrooms are perfectly situated and comfortable. Much light and with two decks to sit on- front and side it makes the space feel even larger. Would definitely stay again.
Overall nice unit for the price. Not sure if it was throughly cleaned prior to check in. Dirty towels on the couch, used soap in the shower but host was very responsive and wanted to make it right. You can hear everything in the unit above…pulling out chairs, walking around etc but that is to be expected from a second floor unit. Close enough to downtown and ubering is not to expensive.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate your feedback. We apologize that the home was not ready upon your arrival. We have very high standards for cleanliness, which is why we offered to send our housekeeping staff to resolve this during your stay. We are so glad you enjoyed our home and its amenities and location!
Comfortable beds, nice kitchen area, though it could be better stocked with utensils, etc. loved having coffee there for us. Locations wasn’t the best, but it was close to the T, which was very convenient.
The space was perfect for our group of moms. Beds were super comfortable and interior amenities were all in great condition. Host was super responsive as well. I loved being 3 blocks from the T. The house was in a quiet area and a nice escape. We were visiting college kids in the city and it was super short, direct and easy commute to NU.
The apartment was great accommodations and was perfect for us. Within 20-25 minutes from everything we needed to get to and from the city. The beds were very comfortable and we slept like a rock!
Finding the property was easy. The walk up the steps was nicely decorated. The property was just as described, wonderful light, beautiful decor, comfortable beds, and the host was easily accessible for all our questions and needs. We enjoyed the sunny balconey and had plenty of room to celebrate our graduate!
Apartment was perfect for our needs. Great condition, beautifully decorated and equipped. Lack of nearby amenities in the neighborhood was the only downside, but we felt that was reflected in the price, and there were a few cafes nearby.

Family met in Boston to see the EMBACE sculpture and many sites. Our stay at the condo was the perfect location. The condo was clean well furnished and allowed to eat, sleep, bath, and be merry. We loved the neighborhood. I would definitely book again.
The condo is in a great location! I had a couple questions while staying and we always got a really fast response. The place was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. :)

Hi Jill, I appreciate your positive feedback. We're happy to hear you enjoyed our home and our service. We'd love to have you back for another stay in the future!
If you plan on visiting Boston, this place is a gem! It's beautiful and very well equipped with quality :)
It's not that far from Quincy market or Fenway park and there's a metro station not too far from the accommodations which I'd feel comfortable taking the day.
We will definitely be keeping this listing for future trips to Boston. HIGHLY recommended.
We enjoyed our stay very much. The space was just as large and comfortable as it appeared, and our family felt quite at home. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Our only issue was with the oven, which was hard to light and seemed to have an electrical issue

Hi Rob, Thank you for your lovely feedback! We’re so glad your family felt at home and that you found the space comfortable. I’ll make sure to check on the oven right away—thanks for bringing it to our attention. We hope to have the pleasure of hosting you again!
This was the perfect venue for our 4 day reunion. The VRBO was just as pictured - beautifully and simply decorated, comfortable bedrooms, modern well equipped kitchen and everything felt clean and pristine. On street parking was always available. The neighborhood felt safe. Our questions were quickly answered by the manager. We all felt that we would love to come back again!
The location is perfect. Quick access to downtown JP and the T to Boston. Franklin Park was part of our daily activity for a nature walk.
Things we look for in VRBOs: comfy beds, clean, good common gathering space. A+ across the board. The seating in the living could use a few more seats since you could have 9 people sleeping in the apartment, but we made use of the giant dining table in the open kitchen and living area. For the 5 of us, it was more than ample!
The space is incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. Spacious. Bright. Quiet. And still in the middle of an active area of JP.
We will definitely book again.
This was a very nice place with lots of room and a great layout — all on one level, which was super convenient. I was traveling with my 83-year-old mom, so I really appreciated that it didn’t have stairs. It also worked out perfectly for my niece’s baby — plenty of open space for her to play on the floor. It’s an older home with some creaks, and you can definitely hear footsteps from upstairs (pretty sure there are kids up there). The parking spot was a plus, though a little tricky to find at first. Furnishings were lovely and comfortable, but if all the bedrooms were full, there wouldn’t be quite enough seating in the main area. Water pressure was on the low side, and there weren’t any Kleenex — small details, but noticeable when you’re paying a premium. The location was absolutely perfect — I chose it to be close to my niece, and it couldn’t have been better for that. Customer service was fantastic and super responsive any time I had a question.I know I have high expectations when I travel, especially when spending this much, and at around 790/night (almost 4,000 for 5 nights with fees and taxes), it did feel pricey. But overall, it was a great property close to family that worked really well for our stay.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy
We had a very enjoyable stay at this Boston property. The location was ok, with some access to restaurants, attractions, and public transportation. The home was clean, comfortable, and generally well-equipped for our needs. The beds were comfortable, and the space matched the listing description well. The check-in process was somewhat cumbersome, but the property management was responsive and helpful. The renters above the unit were a bit noisy at times as the ceilings and floors are not very soundproof. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but all we really needed was sleeping space for six for graduation. Considering the premium we paid, I would look elsewhere next time we are visiting Boston.
