Please be advised that the final road leading to the cabin features a steep incline. 4. When not using hot tub, please keep cover on.
-Please remember to rinse off and ensure that you are clean before entering the hot tub. Rinsing off before entering the hot tub helps to remove any oils, lotions, sweat, or other contaminants that may be on your skin which not only keeps the water clean but also helps to maintain the optimal functioning of the hot tub's filtration system. Thank you for your cooperation!
- Do Not Put Soap In The Hot Tubs

5. It is highly recommended you purchase travel insurance and review cancellation policy. No refunds will be issued for circumstances outside of hosts control, like weather or illness.

7. There are two metal trash cans located outside for you. You may dispose up to a max of 6 trash bags.

Please be mindful not to exceed six bags of trash during your stay. Our team incurs an additional fee for disposing of any excess trash, and we aim to minimize this to respect their time and efforts. Thank you for your cooperation!

8. Please be aware that we are located in a bear-prone area. For your safety, we kindly ask that you do not leave any food in your car. Bears have a strong sense of smell and may be attracted to the food, which could result in damage to your vehicle.

**EMBRACING THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT**
Our mountain home is a fortunate haven surrounded by the wonders of nature. However, it's important to keep in mind that various critters call our neighborhood home. Although we have an exceptional cleaning team and make every effort to keep them away, we cannot guarantee that they won't occasionally make an appearance. You can assist in minimizing the chances of such encounters by promptly cleaning up any crumbs or spills, and securely disposing of trash in the designated cans outside.

SEASONAL FIREPLACE
We love cozy fireplaces as much as the rest, however during the warmer months we cannot allow them to be ran. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE THE FIREPLACE FROM MAY 1 TO NOVEMBER 1ST
Thank you for your understanding!

Overall, this property is really good. We would definitely consider staying again. Just one improvement would make it absolutely fantastic - higher quality seating in the living area would be a fabulous upgrade and would have resulted in a 5 star rating from us.

American Buffalo
The cabin and the view were beautiful!! The hosts were absolutely wonderful to work with. We couldn't have asked for better. The drive to the cabin was like they said steep and rough but we expected that. We liked being at the end of the drive. This was our first experiene in doing a vrbo. Ryan was wonderful!! Would highly recommend the Ameican Buffalo Cabin!!

STUNNING HOME
Overall, the stay was very nice. The house was beautiful and very well decorated. There were only a few things I would have changed, and it is really just nitpicky stuff. The stove top is broken on the corner and could potentially be a safety hazard for anyone staying with children. We had to wash every dish that we used because it looked like whoever put them up put them up dirty. Also, the hot tub had so much chlorine in it that we couldn't turn the jets on because the fumes burned our eyes. Like I said that is just small stuff. no big deal. beautiful cabin, beautiful area. And just to add, I don't know what material the bed sheets were made out of, but they were the softest sheets I've ever slept on. felt like butter!!!! 9/10 stars would stay here again :)

Great cabin, good location.
This was our second time to stay in one of these cabins. Our stay was great. The location is in the mountains of Jasper, so you can enjoy the buffalo river, but close enough to Branson to go to Silver Dollar City. The cabin was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.
