It would also need to be requested up to 48 hours before check-in.

BBQ Grill rental is $50. If the propane gas runs out, you are responsible for the cost to exchange the tank at a local gas station or Walgreens. The cost to trade is typically @$30.
We also offer a full-service option for $120, where someone ensures the gas is full, and we will replace it if it goes empty.
It would need to be requested 48 hours before check-in.

Like a prison.

We booked like we always do through VRBO. It wasnt stated there were cameras EVERYWHERE! Second day in they said we had two small dogs, which we did. They stated only one dog is allowed which is stated nowhere on the site. They then told us to leave without any refund. We have family in the area who could have taken the 6 pound dog but they said NO... YOU MUST LEAVE. I asked for a refund and they refused. I would NEVER stay with this host in any house. You should make them state that there are cameras every 50 feet around the e tire neighborhood and thye monitor them 24 7. Its a little creepy if you ask me. I still think someone should refund me since i had to rent another house for the days i already paid for. VRBO? Will you step up? The host will not.

Not what I expected

My family and I stayed in this home for my bday celebration and I was very dissatisfied with our stay. I found marks on the walls, the back glass sliding door wouldn't lock at all. The outdoor furniture had black spots ( mildew) on it. The TV remote didn't work in the downstairs room so we had to keep shring remotes. I was told that I was offered for someone can come out to take care of my concerns. When I ask for the text where i declined it was then said it was a mistake by them. The house only had about 3/4 pots & pans and that's not acceptable for a home to be comfortable to cook in. The pictures had a Spiderman room that my boys were looking forward to and it wasn't one at all. The beds were so noisy and needs to be replaced. The morning of our departure I was offered a later check out. This house was a bust for us!
