While the train is something outside of our control, we do clearly note in the listing that our property is located next to a very active train track so guests can plan accordingly. We understand that noise can affect guests differently. While it's completely your right to rate your stay as you see fit, we do want future guests to know that we provide earplugs and sound machines in each room, and many have shared that the train did not impact their experience.
