With 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, this rental is perfect for small groups or family. Its central location offers easy access to downtown Providence, the mall, and nearby colleges, making it a convenient choice for both work and play. There are two parking spaces in the driveway for you. Both are on the left side of the driveway, tandem style. There is a security camera mounted above the front entrance door. It only shows the back deck and driveway for safety. There are no other cameras anywhere.
I will be available if you need any assistance, otherwise you will have your privacy. You can call my cell at anytime.
The neighborhood is diverse and generally quiet and peaceful.
You will have access to the entire first floor unit, the basement for laundry, and the small yard.
This unit is the first floor of a two unit multi-family property. The apartment upstairs is also a short-term rental.

Awesome experience!!

The apartment is bigger than it looks in the pictures, and is well-maintained. Sarah was very responsive to questions. Will definitely look to stay here in the future!

More special touches than a luxury hotel

Sarah may have missed her calling as the manager of a luxury hotel. There are so many thoughtful touches - a coffee/snack bar with both a Nespresso machine and an electric kettle, tea bags, little snacks, and in the bathroom everything you could possibly need in the way of toiletries that you might’ve forgotten. The outside is unassuming, as is the residential neighborhood, but inside is well-appointed and beautifully decorated. The on-site parking is convenient, which made this an excellent base of operations for exploring Rhode Island. All communication with our host was warm, friendly, and she was quick to reply. This may well rank as the best away-from-home stay I’ve ever had. I wish they were all like that!

Cute and cozy

We stayed here for a birthday girls weekend. The Vrbo description does not do this justice. It was cute, quaint and cozy. There was everything we needed. Sarah and Nick were absolutely great. We will definitely be back! Donna

Felt Like Home!

We loved our stay here! The apartment is in a quiet, residential neighborhood. It is updated and has many small touches throughout the apartment that made our stay feel special. It was well-decorated and cozy! Check in was easy and Sarah was quick to respond to our questions. The coffee bar was fabulous! We are hoping to stay here again!
