We had a great stay and would highly recommend for families. The house is lovely and had everything we needed plus wonderful extras like coffee and travel size toiletries. Check in and out were very easy and the neighborhood is conveniently located.

This home is excellent - spotless and in a great neighborhood. The host is exceptional and furnished with the guest in mind including the most comfortable bedding, large cozy sofa, large TV, spacious and updated showers, and well equipped kitchen. I highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Relaxation in Folsom

Host was exceptional, communicating thoroughly and responsive to questions during stay. The property was appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The place to stay!

This home is a perfect place to stay if you are anywhere close to Folsom, CA. It sleeps 6 adults comfortably and is close to everything you need or want. It was clean, neat, and comfortable. The home owner is wonderful and communicates very well with you without being “in your face”. We definitely will stay here again when we go back to the Folsom area.

Perfect for us

This place was so great for the price and very clean and comfortable. My dog settled in nicely and I was never worried about her as the backyard has a high fence and plenty of grass area. I will definitely recommend for anyone traveling with a pup or with friends!

Great place!

We landed here over the Christmas holidays while waiting for our new home to be finished nearby. It was a perfect place. Everything was provided, the house was clean, the neighborhood was quiet, and everything was close by. Even our dog was happy having a real backyard. Thanks!!

Just like home!

The home in a good and quiet location. Close to El Dorado Hills which was a huge plus for us to visit family and the Town Center. Nicely appointed with all necessities. We loved having coffee and breakfast on the back patio. Very homey feeling. Thank you!

A Home Away From Home

If you have to stay in a rental, this property is the way to do it! 10/10. My entire family loved it here. Cute house. Pet friendly. Beautiful backyard. Incredible host. And the neighbors were so awesome. We stayed 1 whole month and were sad to leave. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Family support

We gathered to support our grandson who is a band teacher at Florin high school in their final competition of the year. This was the second year we used this home. We love it. It is in a beautiful neighborhood with quiet neighbors. Perfect size for 6 adults. Loved it, again!!

This home was such a great experience. The home was fully stocked with everything I needed. The place was very nicely decorated and accommodated our stay so well. The host was also easy to communicate with and everything went as smooth as you can imagine. The area is beautiful, I loved enjoying my coffee in the back yard listening the birds sing.
