Neighborhood was great and the location was good. House was large but needed maintenance. Faucet heads were coming off, broken chairs, stained furniture (almost every piece of furniture was covered in stains), stained pillow covers, stained curtains, and a broken bed. There was not a working TV. The only TV on the first floor (there was only two total) had lines going through it and was only usable through a computer from a decade ago that could not even support apps like YouTube TV. The mattresses themselves were gross. The majority of the mattresses were stained, did not have mattress covers, and the pillow cases did not have covers. The carpets were stained as well. Utensils and cups that were provided were not totally clean. We would not recommend staying here, and certainly would not recommend staying here for how expensive it was. The basics were missing (or very hard to find). To pay this amount for a weekend the house needs to be 5 stars with everything in good working order.
Big house is close proximity to the stadium. Exactly what we were looking for. Only complaint was a grill was listed but not even close to working order.
Awesome, spacious house in a great location. Perfect for a Penn State football weekend!
The house was super spacious and easily accommodated all guests who stayed. 5 beds / 5 baths with air mattresses, towels, linens and soap provided by the host. Check in was super easy and the host was very communicative and great to work with! Awesome location to downtown and to the football stadium. Plenty of parking, access to garage, and hangout space throughout the house. We were more than pleased! Would definitely stay here again- great place to stay over a football weekend!

In a pinch for a game weekend this will work
This is a lovely home but it is not built for a Vrbo. As 10 adults, paying over $4.5k for a two-night stay, we expected the basics to be provided. There were two beds and the rest were air mattresses, with minimal bedding for them or towels/hand towels. The twin beds are meant only for kids (one is a toddler crib) so they can't be used either. We also walked into much of their personal items left out and trash still in the trash cans.
If you are going to State College for a game weekend, it was a great location - easy for us to get ubers to downtown and back. There was ample space and a nice back deck/entertainment area as well - I think with improvements or a much cheaper rate, this could work.
