𝑾𝒉𝒚 𝑺𝒕𝒂𝒚 𝑯𝒆𝒓𝒆?
Most short-term rentals with hot tubs in Coeur d’Alene are either large homes in less central areas or lack privacy. Our cottage is unique: a smaller, immaculate home with a prime Sanders Beach location, a large backyard, a private hot tub, and all the little touches—at a better value than most downtown listings.
𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝑯𝒐𝒔𝒕𝒔
We live next door, but your privacy is always our top priority. Guests have full and private use of the cottage, patio, hot tub, and yard. We’re happy to help if you need anything during your stay, but otherwise, we give you complete space to relax and enjoy.

About the host
Hosted by Ron & Chelsea

We’re locals who love the outdoors and the unique beauty of Coeur d’Alene. Whether it’s a day on the lake, exploring the trails, or enjoying the vibrant downtown, this community has so much to offer. Hosting lets us share that experience and make sure you feel welcome from the moment you arrive.
Why they chose this property
We love this neighborhood because it is in the heart of Coeur d’Alene. On any given day you can stroll to the lake, grab coffee downtown, hike Tubbs Hill or play a round of golf—all within minutes and even walking distance. Yet when you come home, the peaceful street with its big maple trees feels like a little sanctuary. That combination of energy and calm is what we love most.
What makes this property unique
Our property stands out because it combines the best location in downtown Coeur d’Alene with thoughtful amenities and value. We’re just blocks from the beaches, the Resort, dining, shopping and Tubbs Hill, but unlike most listings in this area, we offer a private hot tub, free parking and a quiet, tree-lined street. Guests also love our fully stocked kitchen and complimentary snacks, making it easy to settle in and feel at home—all at a lower price than comparable downtown stays.
