About this property

Centrally located and close to all that CDA has to offer! Minutes to the lake, dining, shopping, and parks. This updated home has 2 bedrooms w/king beds, a loft w/futon, and 2 bathrooms. Great layout with one bed/bath upstairs and the other bed/bath downstairs so everyone can have their privacy! Grill up some dinner on the deck, or play cornhole in the fenced backyard. 75' long driveway has plenty of space for your truck and boat/trailer, in addition to street parking and easy freeway access.
The space
This is a 1390 square foot home with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Comfy living room with a 65" TV, dining room with seating for 6, and a full kitchen. There is a king bedroom and bathroom with shower on the main floor, and another king bedroom and full bathroom upstairs. There is also a loft upstairs with a futon, small desk, and a 43” TV with an HDMI cable. NOTE- the loft does have a railing that is open to the main floor, see pics. Outside there is a deck, outdoor table and chairs, BBQ grill and a grass lawn. Private driveway with 75' of parking, plenty of room for cars, RV, or truck and trailer. There is also street parking.

Family wedding

We stayed for a week in June to attend a wedding. It was my family (2 adults and 2 kids) and my father in law. The house was perfect! Super clean, well supplied kitchen utensils, washer dryer and lovely rear yard. The living room was spacious for playing card games. Communication with owner was excellent and very prompt. Thanks for everything!

We loved this property! It felt so comfortable and cozy. Communication with the owner was excellent. All questions we had were answered right away. We booked this property last minute but when we arrived everything was spotless and very inviting. The house was extremely clean and had a lot of extras as well (toothpaste, toothbrushes, etc.) Great location too. We enjoyed it so much we added an extra day to our trip. We will definitely book this property again.

The property is beautiful. The house was clean and very comfortable. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds. There was a choice of pillows which was nice also. Very good location with access to the lake only blocks away. Freeway access very close. Walking distance to a corner store was nice. We will definitely stay here again.

Why they chose this property

We love the walkability of this neighborhood, and the the diversity of the homes here. The charming old Craftsmans are so much fun to look at as we're walking around. Just an easy 20 minute walk to bars, restaurants, parks and the lake. We love the layout with 1 bed/bath upstairs and another bed/bath downstairs giving everyone privacy. It's a happy house!
