Avalon Pier is less than a mile from the home and you'll have convenient access to nearby retail shops, groceries, and great local dining options.

At home, treat your guests to a fresh seafood feast using the outdoor grill-kitchen or just kick back with cold drinks under the shade of the covered patio area. The covered front porch offers a breezy spot for morning coffee. An outdoor shower is also equipped for rinsing off after trips to the beach.

A full kitchen, furnished living area, and a dining table can be found on both the ground floor and main floor of the home for flexible comfort and convenience for the entire household. There's also an air hockey table located downstairs for added family fun.

The ground floor features a bedroom and common-area full bathroom. The main-floor primary bedroom includes an en suite bathroom and a large walk-in closet. Both third-floor bedrooms also feature private, en suites. One of these bedrooms also features a private balcony.

Perfect layout and location for our annual half marathon weekend!

Everything was great but the owner of the property resides 2 houses down and parks their vehicles on the property. Just be aware as we had to contact VRBO and be on the phone for 30 minutes checking if we could enter at the 4pm check in time. There was also a car parked in our yard Sunday morning well before our checkout time. Everything was good except for the cars.

Great multi family house

We had 3 different couples in Beach Lucky and it worked out great! Each couple could have their separate space and the middle floor was a good setup for everyone to gather.

Checks all the boxes!

We decided last minute to spend four days at the beach and lucked out with this property that was available for our exact window! The early check in and late check out made it even better. The house had plenty of queen beds and en suite bathrooms for everyone in the family. The TV sitting rooms on both the first and second floor allowed for kids and adults to watch something they both wanted. Even the dog had a great stay! Our only complaint was that the beach is on the other side of a major road so we didn’t feel comfortable with kids walking alone. But the walk itself is easy! Highly recommend!
