Please dispose of your trash in the containers located in the parking lot
Gas grill is available for use 
Bedding is provided for the full-sized sofa bed 
Condo quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am
Pool/Beach Towels available during your stay. Please be sure to leave them for the next guests!
Seasonal Condo Pool available Memorial Day through Labor Day. Per condo regulations:
No lifeguard on duty 
Children 12 and under must be supervised in the pool area by an adult 
Pool closes at 10pm
No glass in pool area
No cleaning staff for pool; please clean up after use of area
