The neighborhood features a park, tennis & pickle ball courts, supermarket, laundry, pharmacy, bank, restaurants, craft brewery, and a wine bar. We are 15 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes to University Of Cincinnati by car. Visiting, attending an event, or catching a game – this is an excellent fit for you!

Fantastic stay in Cincinnati. Samantha and Brad were wonderful. Easy instructions for everything, wonderful advice on where to eat and what to see. Fantastic 3 bedroom, 2 bath, tons of space. 10/10 would stay again. Thank you!

In town for a tournament

Great property! On a peaceful court! My only issue and possibly an oversight on my part is that is a duplex. But it still worked out for our party but potentially could have been an issue.

Spacious Apartment

Generous, comfortable space for a family of six! Check in/out instructions were simple and communicated well. Beds were comfortable and well stocked with blankets and pillows.

GREAT AND AFFORDABLE PLACE TO STAY

Everything was wonderful! Nice quiet neighborhood and the hosts were so accommodating! They were a LIFESAVER with the early check in. Will definitely be back!!
