Clean and tidy ! Everything was great and we enjoyed. We came into town from Hawaii and haven’t been home in 5 years so it was definitely welcoming. Good neighborhood too!

This guest threw a party. Got multiple complaints from neighbors. Had to be called in the middle of the night. Had a fight break out with her guests. Left the place with trash everywhere. And is upset because I was rude. I should have driven down there and called the cops and kicked her out. Do not host.
