Welcome to “Down the Road Beach House” - a spacious beach retreat on a quiet cul-de-sac just a 3 minute walk to popular Ridgevale beach. This home has plenty of room (2,700+ total sq feet) for all to gather with two separate living rooms, a large dining space, 3 outdoor furnished patio areas, AND a bonus room with a ping pong table on the lower level. Enjoy and relax in the lovely landscaped private back yard with an enclosed outdoor shower and a new Weber gas grill. After a day in the sand and sun, unwind on this large lot with a game of basketball in the driveway, a round of catch in the front/back yard, or a game and corn hole as you make memories with family and friends. Two driveways allow you to park 5 cars with ease. This home is the ideal location being 3 miles to downtown Chatham and 3 miles to downtown Harwichport. It is conveniently a quick drive to major grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Chatham Bike Trail which connects to Cape Cod Rail Trail less than a mile away.

This home is considered a two bedroom (a King with a master en suite and 2 twin size beds in bedrooms on the main level). A queen size bed with a separate renovated full bath on the lower level. As a bonus, there are two twin beds, perfect for younger kids, in the loft that is connected to the main living room.

Superb Stay

The house has a very nice open layout for easy entertaining with lots of comfortable space's and options for everyone. We enjoyed our long weekend with family and would definitely go back.

Shoulder season is the best

Lovely home with all necessities provided. It was an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute drive to downtown Chatham. Owners are easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions you might have. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, and toys are also provided. We enjoyed the mid-September weather and smaller crowds in the off season.

Cape Escape

The property was beautiful with all the accommodations anyone could hope for. The neighborhood was very quiet and on a dead end street so little traffic. It was a quick walk to the beach and a quick drive to restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again.

Great spot

Excellent property and great communication/ service by the Owner. Made for an easy trip coming from across the country. All beach gear provide which was extremely convenient. Would definitely stay again!
