If you’re looking for a private yet convenient location, come stay with us! Your home away from home in Venice with 2 bedrooms, bonus sunroom and fully screened lanai. This fabulous house offers a tranquil escape with a queen bed, full bed, and a cozy sofa sleeper. Enjoy the pleasant amenities which include AC, WiFi, washing machine and dryer, record player, popcorn and slushy maker and indoor putting green. The 2 full bathrooms come equipped with a shower, bathtub, hair dryer, and toiletries. The kitchen comes equipped with spices and all cooking necessities. We have two bikes with locks for use as well as beach toys, 2 shark tooth sifters, 4 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, multiple coolers, beach cart, and beach bags. We have a travel pack n play with crib sheets as well as umbrella stroller and kids books and games. The Legacy Trail/Venetian Waterway Park is located steps down the street which connects to Shamrock Park (nature preserve, butterfly garden, playground, grilling area, pavilion), 3.6 miles (walking on Legacy Trail) to Venice Ave, 4.2 miles to Caspersen Beach, 9.2 miles to CoolToday Park and Downtown Wellen Park. We love our home and hope that you will too while you are traveling in Venice.

Beautiful home

One of the cleanest VRBO rentals I have ever stayed at. There have been more than a few that i have walked in and said "the pictures make it look a lot nicer than it is." Not this one, it is great. Another VRBO first. The owner sent me a video virtual tour including how to use the TV remotes. Have a family putting contest while making real popcorn in the circus popcorn popper. We didn't use the outside firepit but i am sure enjoying cocktails around the fire while the streaks are cooking on the grill is a big hit. Since we come to Venice regularly to visit family, we'll be back!

Why they chose this property

We love the proximity to the bike trail, Venice Ave and Caspersen Beach. It’s an easy walk or short drive to so many shops and restaurants that it makes the house very enjoyable. We also love the quiet setting of the neighborhood and great people!

What makes this property unique

Our property stands out as it contains character with our decor and amenities and is not just your cookie cutter rental. Inside we have a comfortable open setting with a record player, mini putting green and popcorn maker. The dining room table provides a perfect space to set up a laptop for work. The bedrooms are bright and very comfortable. Outside the fully fenced backyard has many lush native plants, including an avocado tree. Our location is convenient to everything. One of my favorite amenities is that the trail is within walking distance. If you enjoy shark tooth hunting, Caspersen is only a bike ride away.
