The house was very clean and the location was beautiful. Many things to do around the area. Check-in was very simple and the owner communicated very well.

Great one night stay

We were hunting real estate this weekend and this was the perfect place for us to stay. The communication was thurough and timely. We took their recommendation about the restaurant across the street and were very happy with the results.

Very simple arrangements that was austere but immaculate.

The only feedback for improvement is that the water pressure in the shower was too low.

Pros and cons

This property is an updated 3 season cottage that was mostly great. Halfway between St Joseph and South Haven, so 15 to 20 minutes from a lot of activites, restaurants, beaches, etc. Bedrooms are super small, kitchen and bathroom are also nice. Living room has a tiny flat panel tv mounted on an otherwise bare wall. The couch is an old white and blue beach style couch. Think preppy button down oxford stripes. Frankly it was filthy to the point where my 17 yr old refused to sit on it. Have it professionally cleaned or replace it. Overall note quite worth the price.

Douglas thank you for the thorough review! You are right that the space leans on the small side, however believe that it is well laid out and furnished appropriately. We also offer a flat 2D drawing as part of the listing for guests to review and ensure they are comfortable with the space! Additionally, thank you for the heads up on the couch - we have since had it professionally cleaned! Thank you and we look forward to hosting you again soon!
