Quiet Studio Apartment/Carriage House
Studio carriage house in the amazing Belvedere neighborhood of Charlottesville. We are in a "New Urban" neighborhood that features public spaces, sidewalks for leisurely strolls, and 1/4 mile from paved and dirt trails for running, hiking and mtn. biking. This listing is about 3 miles from the downtown mall and less than 5 miles from the airport. We have been told by guest that we are a great central location to all C'ville has to offer!
The space
Even though we have and love dogs, they are never in the carriage house. They are hypoallergenic, but we keep the carriage house pet free for those guest that are allergic.
