This two-story home sits one mile north of town, where it backs up to tranquil woodlands that fill the windows with forest views. Access the beach at Paradise Point State Recreation Site (half a mile west), and stroll all the way down the shore to Port Orfords Head State Park (two miles south). Find several restaurants, shops, and a renowned seafood shack in town, as well as Humbug Mountain (eight miles) and Cape Blanco (10 miles) within an easy, scenic drive.

Whether you spend your days surfing, beachcombing, or driving the Samuel H. Boardman State Scenic Corridor, this home welcomes you back with every small comfort. Get the pellet stove going once the fog rolls in and pile on the soft sectional to stream your favorite movies on the smart TV.

At mealtime, you'll have a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and generous cabinet storage, a spacious dining room table, and another table outside on the deck for alfresco meals overlooking the woods. Log on to the complimentary WiFi to check tomorrow's tide charts, set up an after-dinner board game, or simply retire to one of the inviting bedrooms for a restful night's sleep.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is no washer/dryer.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
