Legacy Villas is a residential resort condominium community located in La Quinta, CA. The gated-community has 280 condo units in 2 bedroom lock-off, 3 bedroom lock-off and 3 bedroom townhome units. Legacy Villas offers guests the use of 12 saltwater pools and hot tubs including a main pool area with a walk-in children's pool, large pool deck including cabanas and a separate lap pool with additional seating. The community clubhouse area has a spacious fitness room with treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes and free weights. The Legacy Grille is also located in the clubhouse area and operates on the weekends from November-May. The Legacy Villas homeowner's association operates independently of California Vacation Villas providing 24 hour security, facilities/grounds maintenance and bi-weekly trash collection from community dumpsters located throughout the community.

Palm Springs International Airport is a 20-45 minute drive from most desert locations and Ontario and Los Angeles International Airport can be used as alternatives for air travel. Interstate 10 runs through the northern side of the Coachella Valley providing access to all desert cities from Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego to the west and Phoenix and Las Vegas to the east and north. A car is recommended for any extended stay in the area.
