This villa was beautiful and clean. Communication with the host was excellent and it was very safe. You were unable to get in without the gate guard viewing your parking pass. It was quiet and very relaxing. I will be staying here again when I return.

We have stayed a Legacy for the past 7 years and have always been impressed. This condo unit had the minimum supplies and was not very clean. The stairwell into the unit should have had a pre-clean upon arrival. We had to purchase our own dishtowels and dishclothes as there was only 1 towel and no clothes, Would not rent this unit again.

The overall resort was nice, and the villa was fine except for the security. On our final night of our stay, a man entered our unit at approximately 4 a.m. using the door code (without knocking). Apparently it was the maintenance man who uses it periodically (according to the owner.) He left promptly and apologetically when we yelled out at him. Security for the resort was absolutely unhelpful!

Perfect!

It was a last minute booking for us when an airBNB went sideways. So glad we found these villas! We have been visiting Palm Springs for about 10 years mostly for the Indian Wells tennis in March and have grown to love the dessert so return often. Legacy villas offered multi bedrooms perfect for our family. A lovely unit, spacious, clean, quiet and in a beautiful setting. We will definitely choose Legacy villas for our future visits to the desert.
