Inside the house was clean. Nothing worked though. No tv and the host just said they were old. Took forever to get WiFi just so our phones could work and the host sd she wasn't tech savy. There was a dvd player in master bedroom that didn't work. The back deck no lights worked, grill wouldn't work and tv was covered in dirt and spider webs and wouldn't work and the host shrugged it off and sd "well I haven't been up here in 2 years". The hot tub was full of green water and algae and didn't work. The lights in the master bath constantly flickered. It was very disappointing and honest worth the price at all.

The tv is on an antenna so it is very spotty sometimes, this is listed in my ad. I spent over an hour there with the tenant talking to the interent service provider to make sure the wifi was working for the tenant. The porch light works on the back deck, I am not sure why all the other lights arent working, we will look into that. I was not infirmed of the grill not working, if i had i would have replaced the propane bottle as that is usually the cause of this. We had just powerwashed the back deck and stained the deck the week before this tenant was there, I cant control the pollen I am sorry. The hot tub is not on my listing and is not available to guests because it no longer works. I was not told anything about the master bathroom lights so we will look into that as well. Thank you for your comments and review. We are sorry you werent happy with your stay.
