Summary:

Welcome to Cape Manor - a HomeBody Rentals property! Newly renovated 2BR condo offers modern comfort, a private pool (open Father's Day wknd-Labor Day), and a walkable location just minutes from the beach. Perfect for up to 6 guests, with everything you need for a relaxing getaway — including beach tags, bikes, and a fully stocked kitchen.



The Space:

One floor condo with 2 bedrooms and one bath.



Sleeping Arrangements:

Bedroom 1: King Bed

Bedroom 2: Two Twin Beds

Living Room: Queen Sleeper Sofa



Relax on your private screened-in porch — perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The porch is located at the back of the unit for extra privacy and overlooks a quiet green space.



What's Included:

*Bed Linens, Bath towels, blankets, pillows (Please bring your beach towels)

*Fully equipped kitchen with olive oil, salt/pepper, coffee, tea, sugar

*Washer/dryer with detergent, iron and ironing board

*Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryer

*Cleaning supplies, dishwasher detergent.

*4 Beach Chairs, 1 Beach Umbrella

*4 Beach tags

*2 Bikes with lock

*Onsite parking for 1 car, plenty of free off street parking

*WIFI/Smart TV: allows you to log-in to your personal streaming services while staying with us. We do not have traditional cable TV services.

*Pool (open Father's Day weekend through Labor Day, 11am-6pm)



Guest Access:

Guests have use of the entire condo, screened-in porch, common area porch, and pool.

Getting Around:

Walkable, bike or drive anywhere on the island which is only 2.5 miles long.

Uber is available and the Free Cape May Shuttle service that stops directly in front of our building.



Other Things to Note:

Beach Tags are needed to access Cape May beaches. We provide you with 4 tags. They are located in the master bedroom, white box with a seashell on top. Please make sure not to loose these tags. If lost or misplaced, a $50 per tag charge will be required to cover the cost of the tag.



Guest must be 25 years of age to rent. Minors must be accompanied by parent/legal guardian.



Summer Season is 7 nights, Saturday-Saturday.

June 1-19 is 3 nights. June 20 - September 5 is 7 nights.



The Pool is not heated.

Pool is open Father's Day weekend through Labor Day. Pool hours 11am-6pm.

Must abide by Pool rules and regulations. Emailed prior to your arrival.



Our screened-in porch is located on the back side of our condo and faces the condo/parking/grass area of the building behind us. Our front door faces the pool area. The common-area porch also faces the pool area.



Please bring beach towels as these are not provided.



TV: We do not have traditional cable TV. Out TV has free channels and allows you to log into your own personal streaming services like Netflix.



Bikes and Beach Chairs are not available during the winter months due to the cold weather. We only provide them in the Spring/Summer/Fall.



Upon confirmation of your reservation, a check-in form will be sent to collect info and a $500 security deposit hold. The hold is taken upon your arrival and released one day after check out.

Wonderful condo, close to everything

We spent our Spring Break at this wonderful condo. The owners were very responsive and the property was just as we hoped with a well-appointed kitchen. It was centrally located on the island and easy to get to the beech, boardwalk or boat tours. Our kids had a blast and it worked very well for our family life, good sleep and downtime.

Beautiful property!!

The condo is absolutely beautiful and gives a great beach feel! Plenty of space for the family. Everything is a walk or just a bike ride away…it was nice there were 2 bikes there to use. Another bonus are the beach chairs and beach badges. Pool was lovely. Owners were very responsive. We will definitely be back!

Summer Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. The owner did a wonderful job with the place and detail in the needs of the renter. It was peaceful and away from the crowds in Cape Nay, NJ. The only thing that was not a Loki’s was the pool was only open from 11-6. Would have like to see it open a little longer. Great vacation!

Simple, clean, delightful!

We had a great stay. We came for the Cape May winter festivities, so I can't speak to the pool, but overall the condo was pristine, and the beds very comfortable (even the pull out sofa!), and the owners super responsive. My kids loved the many game options in the closet. Linens were provided and we appreciated not having to strip all the beds before check out. No complaints at all!

Beautiful condo in great location

What a beautifully decorated and spacious condo! We were there during a storm so spent a lot of time inside, but that was no problem because the living area was comfortable and we cooked some nice meals in the well-appointed kitchen. We couldn't take advantage of the pool or outdoor spaces, but they looked really nice. The beach is a short walk down the road and there are plenty of great restaurants and shops a short drive or bike ride away. Would definitely stay again!

perfect weekend get away!!

The property was so quiet and peaceful. The condo was so clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom had plenty of fresh and clean towels along with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We loved sitting out on the screened porch and relaxing. The beach was just over a 1/2 mile away. Home Away From Home

This Cape May condo was everything described, pictured and more. Spotless and comfortable, this condo has everything you need. A quiet location, and only a bike ride away from all Cape May has to offer. Anna is a very attentive host and a pleasure to communicate with. Clearly Anna and Matthew have anticipated and provided every need you could have down to the smallest detail such as a hallway nightlight...even the bathroom towels were plush! What a treat! We felt like we had a little piece of home away from home when we stayed here. You can't go wrong choosing this delightful condo for your Cape May get-a-way!

Easy safe modern and convenient

Our stay was perfect. Parking was so easy to navigate. The building was quiet and everyone we saw was kind and friendly. We felt safe and loved how Anna was easy to get in touch with if need be. We were traveling with two energetic kids so we loved that there was no one below us in case they were loud. The pool was nice and large and never that crowded. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels. Kitchen had everything you would need for a short or longer stay. We loved the artwork on the walls and the nice large furniture. Cape May is our favorite place and we will definitely try and stay at this condo again!
