Charming Family Friendly Condo Steps to the Beach!

You're just a half block from the Atlantic Ocean in this 2 bedroom rental. In fact, you can see a glimpse of the beachfront from the front porch.
While the porch with its wicker chairs is very inviting, so is the rest of the first floor condo, with its family friendly, comfortable furnishings. Easy to imagine cooking up a simple seafood dinner or enjoying take out in the evening. Many restaurants are also close by.
The building is on a quiet street on Cape May's east side, but just a short walk from Convention Hall. After dinner, take the kids for a stroll along the promenade or relax on the front porch and listen to the waves. Sleeps 6. You will have the bottom right side. The building contains 4 condo units. 2 on the 1st floor and 2 on the 2nd floor.

Beautiful home and great location! Enjoyed being in walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The condo has everything you need. The owner was great, too and made the reservation/check in process easy.

Just Wonderful

This property was such a steal for our trip. You walk up the street one house, cross, and are walking up a few steps to the sand. Such a convenience for walking with a bunch of beach stuff. Lovely front porch to sit on any time of day, and the neighborhood, while lively and frequently trafficked, was quiet during the day and night. Walkable to Washington St. Mall and a number of restaurants/boutiques/ice cream, and the arcade. This is perfect for a small family with the two bedrooms, might be a squeeze to truly sleep six since two are out in the living room and that is the only shared space besides the kitchen. It was just myself and my 7-year-old daughter and she LOVED it. Melissa was so responsive when I messaged her about a slight need (lock on the outdoor shower was a little tough) and she had me on the phone later that night to let me know she'd have maintenance out the next day, and they were, and the problem was solved. We were so comfortable there the whole time and it made for some lasting memories. Thank you!!!!

Loved everything about this place!

My family (husband, 4 year old, 16 month old) all loved this place! The location was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, lots of kitchenware, and a beautiful front porch. So cute and can’t wait to come back!

Best trip in years

This property is all that the site and the reviewers say. The unit is beautifully decorated and oh so comfortable! The porch is a delight especially at early morning when we can hear the ocean. Everything is in walking distance, especially the beach. We lucked out with perfect weather so this was a positively perfect week. Thank you Malissa!! We will definitely be returning. (For full disclosure, we were pre season and no one was staying in the upstairs units so I cannot speak to how things go when there is a full house though I doubt it would be an issue)

Even though we had a rainy stay, we enjoyed our time in Cape May at this rental. The layout, amenities, and decorations are perfect. We enjoyed our downtime at the condo in between shopping, taking walks, and eating at the local restaurants. We’d love to come back and stay here again!

One of the best VRBOs I've ever stayed in. Beach block, charming porch where a few friends could gather. The inside was incredibly clean, beautifully update and well-stocked with paper goods, kitchen items, etc. Comfortable beds too. Hoping to stay again in the future.

Splendid house so close to everything

Loved it! One block from the beach, and only steps from the pier shops, arcade, mini golf, and places to eat. 15 min walking to downtown shopping. Amazing space with comfy appointments and everything we needed for a fabulous vacation. We didn't want to leave!

A lovely condo in Cape May

We had never been to Cape May and we love it. This condo was absolutely perfect. It was spotless clean and have everything you could need. The condo was decorated so pretty and furniture and bed was very comfortable. The front porch was perfect to sit on anytime of the day so lovely and comfortable. The condo is in the prefect location...1/2 block to beach and within walking distance to great restaurants, putt putt and shopping. Thank you for sharing this lovely condo. We will be back.

Perfect cozy getaway. Toddler loved it!

We had a fantastic stay during our last little getaway as a family of 3. The unit was immaculate and very comfortable, with the perfect setup for our toddler to play and sleep. Being able to walk to the beach in 2 minutes was amazing, and we enjoyed walking to the local food/coffee spots each morning as well. Non-metered parking was very close and always available; very short drive to additional restaurants and the shopping area downtown. Beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed (remember to bring your own coffee, tea, and kitchen towels), and the front porch was a lovely spot to relax and people-watch. We would happily stay here again! Highly recommend!

This beautiful remodeled condo was the nicest VRBO we have ever rented. Location was the bomb right in center city Cape May. You can see the ocean! Fully stocked comfy king sized bed 2 full bathrooms beautifully stylishly decorated with washer/dryer. Will definitely stay there again,
