Awesome! The entire house was spotless upon arrival. Ample space for 5 of us to be comfortable. It made the rest of the trip easier knowing that our lodging was perfect. We were located minutes from food, groceries and campus. The host was very responsive. Whenever I had a question, the response came within 5 to 10 minutes! We will definitely try to book this one again on our next visit to Richmond!

Welcome home

Just moved back to Kentucky after a 30 year absence. Stay was great as we looked for a permament home here. Rental was nice and welcoming and easy access to many things. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Perfect for a family with littles

All the accommodations for a family with a baby and young children. Clean and welcoming home and a convenient location. So much better than a hotel stay for the weekend!!!

Simple house with the basics needed for a stay. Amenities were described rightly in listing. Not all stay requirements were up front and could be difficult for some seeing these were not disclosed until immediately prior to stay. Overall good space for family or group.

Overall the stay was nice. Had a few minor issues. Needed more wash clothes. Dishwasher did not dry dishes. Looked like mold in dishwasher. We made the owner aware and she was attentive. Outlets in kitchen did not work. Very low water pressure in showers. Needed more outside chairs. Only one outside chair on back porch. Overall the stay was nice and the house was clean. We were in for a few days to visit our nephew at EKU.

We stayed for a wedding in jeffersonville. They house was fantastic just like the last time we stayed. They property is clean and well keep. And the neighborhood is nice and peaceful.

Beds were very comfortable and the house was clean. There were a few minor inconveniences - the TV in living room would not work, the microwave would not heat food (only the fan would blow), and there were ants in the kitchen.

Relaxing Weekend Stay - Did not Disappoint

We spent the weekend here and were so impressed with how everything came together for a relaxing stay. The home was beautifully maintained, thoughtfully equipped, and incredibly comfortable—especially the beds, which were a dream after long days out. The location couldn’t have been better: close to everything we needed and an easy, straightforward drive to Lexington. It made our trip stress-free from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Very clean, close to everything in the Richmond area, easy process, Master bed is so comfortable, bathrooms are spacious, closets are huge. Look no further, this is the place you’re looking for!
