Welcome to The Woods, your private retreat, where the Bluegrass meets the Foothills! Full house includes 3 bedrooms (2 queens, 1 king) 2 baths, as described here. Only need 2 bedrooms/1 bath? We can shut off the primary suite and give you a reduced rate! If you choose the 2 bd/1 ba option, you will have access to everything else the listing shows with a limit of 4 people. Your doggie is still welcome!

You’ll be just two minutes from historic Berea town center for the college, shopping and restaurants and two minutes in the other direction for hiking trails, including the Pinnacles. Unlike other homes in the area, ours blends privacy with unbeatable convenience: soak under the stars in the hot tub, let your pup run freely in the fully fenced backyard, or gather around the fire pit after a day exploring. Whether you’re here for adventure, a quick stopover, or a family getaway, you’ll feel right at home.
