The Baywatch Condo community is a family friendly environment, adjacent to the Gulf Islands National Seashore, and the Fort Pickens State Park Aquatic Preserve. An open balcony provides a magnificent view of the Santa Rosa Sound. The community offers access to the Baywatch swimming pool, pier, and the Pensacola Beach Trolley service. Covered parking is available for two cars with additional parking available in the Baywatch community parking lot. The unit offers a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, and balcony. Great place to stay!!

This is a very well maintained condo in an excellent location close to shopping and dining with a great view of the bay and just steps from the beach! The unit was very clean and stocked with everything needed. Checkin and checkout was a breeze. Overall a great place to stay!

Peaceful Getaway Near the Beach

We enjoyed the convenience of staying on Pensacola Beach. The location is within walking distance to Peg Leg Pete’s (one of our fave places to grab a bite) and the gulf beaches. Since it’s located further down Pickens, the beaches don’t get so much traffic so it’s rather nice and more peaceful. Checkin was rather easy (although we didn’t initially see where the allocated parking was located since our arrival put us there while the sun was away. The next day and with sunlight we were able to spot the parking. As others have mentioned, there is no elevator. There are a few short stairs to climb. Fortunately, our family managed just fine. When we arrived the place was clean; however, I guess the both bed sheets had been left in the dryer. My wife went ahead and made the beds up. I had notified the owner since it was an inconvenience. We drove 16 hours and had unloaded the car so we were looking forward to sleeping as soon as we got unpacked. Unfortunately, our three year old had a tough time falling back asleep from the car ride since the bed making process took some time. A few hours later, we were pleasantly greeted with fresh fruits by the owner. It was a very kind gesture and made our hearts happy. We would ABSOLUTELY recommend staying at this place again. The owners were very accommodating, they were fast to respond to any/all communication, and the place is clean.. and of course the location is key.

Great location

Small but clean, a lot of property damage still from a tornado almost a year ago. Most of our activities were done off site, so we were not affected by it

Winter 2 month stay

Wish we had been told that a tornado had gone through the year prior. There was interior and exterior damage to the condo unit.

My husband and I love the beach. We purchased this condo for our family and friends to enjoy. Our grandchildren love to play on the beach and explore the ocean until the sun goes down. We also enjoy just getting away for a relaxing weekend listening to the sound of the ocean and watch boats sail by at sunset. We hope you have a fantastic time relaxing here.

Why they chose this property

I chose this condo because of it's driving distance from my home and how friendly all the people were. The white sands of one of the greatest beaches are a plus.

What makes this property unique

It's just a walk across the street to the gulf. It's also walking distance to Peg Leg Pete's restaurant and just a few minutes from Margaritaville and Fort Pickens.
