TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, WOULD NOT STAY AGAIN
Booked this house for 4 nights. When we arrived, the entrance gate required a magnetic key card, which we did not have. We sat and waited until a random resident of the community came by and opened the gate for us. The next morning we found that only one bath towel was provided (we had five guests in our party). We also discovered that the swimming pool area required a magnetic key card to access, which we also did not have. I called the property management company to report the issues, and was told that they would delivered shortly. The towels were not delivered until SEVEN hours later. Even then, no key for pool access was provided! I called customer service and spoke with a supervisor (Kristin) who said she would arrange to have the key delivered that evening and that she would call me back to make sure that it got done. I never heard back from her again, and no key was ever delivered. When I tried to call again to check on the status of the key, I waited on hold for 20 minutes and gave up when no one answered the phone. Finally, on our last day a guy from the property management company arrived right on time and in a very unfriendly manner hurried us out. We said we needed about ten more minutes to pack, but he was gruff stated we had to leave immediately. In summary, the house is very nice and I would like to stay here again; however, the property management company is terrible and interacting with them was a nightmare so I will not consider this place again.
