Stepping inside on the first floor of this beautiful Townhome you’ll find 3 of the 5 bedrooms and 2 of the 3 bathrooms. You are greeted with a thoughtfully placed desk and chair for those in your group that may find that this is a working vacation. The spacious oceanfront master bedroom is awash with light. Staying in this room you have your own private access to the covered deck, there is a privacy wall separating you from the neighboring unit. Enjoy your first cup of coffee and your last sip of wine on this deck, you’ll wonder where Topsail has been all your life. This bedroom has a king size bed, smart TV and ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower. There are 2 other bedrooms on this floor, one with a twin-size bunkbed and the other with 2 twin beds. Both bedrooms have smart TVs. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a step-in shower. The washer and dryer are on the first floor. 

Climb the stairs or take the elevator up to the second floor. Surrounded by large floor to ceiling windows you’ll find yourself entranced by the view. Whether you are an early riser up to greet the sun as it crests the surface of the Atlantic, a night owl looking up and marveling at how many stars are in the night’s sky or maybe simply watching the sun light shift and glitter on the ocean’s ever changing midday surface sitting on the top floor covered deck will not disappoint. You’ll love serving your meals al fresco at the lovely 6 top table on the deck. The living room is a tranquil space of soothing greys and blues. The large sectional couch will invite everyone to gather, catch up or watch a favorite movie on the smart TV. The dining room seats 6 with the nearby kitchen Island seating 4 more. Making a meal for your gang won’t be a problem in this gleaming kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms on this floor, both with queen-sized beds and smart TVs. They each have access onto a deck. There is a full bathroom on this floor with a step-in shower.

Should you have little ones in your party Vista Del Mar is equipped with a pack-n-play and highchair.

Rates Include: Rent, Property Protection Fee, Booking Fee. Absolutely no events such as but not limited to weddings, sororities, fraternities, bachelor or bachelorette parties. NO Smoking.

**Paper towels and toilet tissue, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, beach towels, and any specialty items are NOT provided and would need to be brought with you or bought once you arrive on the island.

Enhanced Cleaning: We follow CDC cleaning guidelines and ensure all high touched areas have been wiped down with disinfectant spray.

Guest Access: Keyless Entry. Our properties are individually owned, and our guests will have use of the entire property!

Check Out: Is 10:00 AM. We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

 This home allows dogs only, with restrictions. Maximum 2 dogs.  Pet fee of $150.00 is NOT included in the rental rates. If you are bringing a Pet please call our office to have that fee added. This home will allow 2 dogs per reservation. One set rate of $150.00 whether it be 1 dog or 2. 

 

The Area: Topsail is a 28 mile long, barrier island made up of marshes, barrier flats, dunes, and beach. Topsail Beach is home to Jolly Rodgers Pier - once an Observation tower for NASA – now a great fishing spot and the best place to watch sunrises and sea life. The Missiles and More Museum is also another great attraction to visit. North Topsail Beach is 8 miles (13 minutes) from Surf City, it is also 6.4 miles (9 minutes) to Sneads Ferry. North Topsail is home to the Seaview Pier. At the Pier, you can go fishing, watch the ocean from the pier, get some ice cream, order from the restaurant.
