Great location, great property

We did a girls weekend at this house. It is in a fantastic location. Easy walk to lots of shops and restaurants. Comfy beds and a great yard. The owner was ALWAYS quick to respond when we had questions and was a thoughtful host! This property is a great option in Charlotte!!

Great Spot!

We enjoyed our stay at this house that we were able to book for our spur of the moment trip! The house was appropriately conveyed in the description and pictures. It does have a modern flair throughout but very tastefully done. The pool and hot tub were a welcome amenity. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was stocked with anything we needed. The are was centrally located to many restaurants and store. I would definitely recommend this listing if you have a group and are looking in the Charlotte area!

Fun in North Carolina

My group was blessed to find this home which could accommodate 12! We enjoyed the pool. We cooked most of our meals over our 5 day stay. The kitchen was very functional. We even utilized the outdoor grill! Overall, property was clean and delightful. I appreciated the open communication the host had with me! Check in was super easy. She promptly addressed questions and helped us with an early check in and late check out. Thank you!

Loved the kitchen and felt right at home with all the cooking supplies! The wine fridge was an added perk and the fridge/freezer in the basement.

Good space to hang with friends

I had lots of communication with the host and they were very responsive and easy to talk to. The house was not super clean and hot tub and pool we had to clean the leaves out. Maybe more than i thought there should be but understandable on the leaves it is fall. There were some dishes and we cooked and used the dishwasher. The hang out areas were very nice and spacious. I would definitely recommend this house again.
