The home boasts a living room with ample seating, well equipped kitchen stocked with vintage derby glasses, perfect for sipping new finds from local distilleries. You’ll also find a large king room with repurposed authentic barrels, a queen room dedicated divas of derby, and upstairs we have two double beds surrounded by repurposed horseshoes straight from the track and a fun flower wall.

Cozy and comfy

We were in town for a volleyball tournament taking place at the expo center on the fairgrounds. We had 6 adults and one child. The house fit us comfortably. The location in relation to the fairgrounds is very close. Even to go downtown to activities like the Louisville Slugger museum was only a 10-15 min drive. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe, although you will hear airplanes taking off from the airport. We did have to contact the host due to blowing a breaker while cooking breakfast, but he was easy to reach and great to deal with. The house was equipped with what we needed for our stay. Overall a nice property.

Great Louisville place

This newly renovated house exceeded our expectations. The host were very accommodating and made everything so easy. We loved the style with a theme of horses and bourbon. We could not have had a better time at this place with our friends. We will definitely stay here again!
