You have a big grocery store a block,everything is walking distance.
Looking for max 2 guest,no pets.

Plus last month rent & 500.00 dep.

All furnished, a/C, internet, cable channel.
GUEST WILL PAY ELECTRICITY.

I bought this place for personal used, and when I'm not using it I want people to enjoy it as I do. Looking for short term. Minimum two months . I do require a deposit of 500.00 for damages and electricity bill. All the amenities included except the electricity.
