Welcome to your luxury stay on the Lake boasting views from every level. This location can't be beat! This home is directly on the South East side of the lake on a PRIVATE and QUIET road; only 2 blocks from beach and .7 miles to the boardwalk.

This custom newly built home includes an elevator, 5 bedrooms, (3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms). A massive fully equipped kitchen, views from everywhere you stand in the open Living, Dining, Kitchen. 3 oversized balconies! and parking for 5 cars.

Enter the home from the covered parking area into a enclosed foyer with first floor elevator.

THE SECOND FLOOR includes two primary bedrooms:

Bedroom #1 has a KING size bed, custom walk in shower with spacious vanity. This bedroom has its own private balcony, great for people watching on the lake and enjoying your morning coffee.

Bedroom #2 has a KING size bed, en suite bathroom with tub and big sky views over the wetlands.

The second floor is also where the laundry room is located making dropping beach towels, etc on the way in from your day at the beach a breeze.

THE THIRD FLOOR includes three bedrooms:

Bedroom #3 is a primary bedroom with its own private balcony and ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom #4 has peek-a-boo ocean views and features two custom built in bunk beds with individual lighting and shelving ( a fun and inviting space for kids).

Bedroom #5 has two QUEEN size beds and views overlooking the wetlands.

THE TOP FLOOR: Is an open floor plan with endless views of the Lake and the ocean. Perfect for entertaining. This large open floor plan includes an oversized well stocked kitchen with seating for 10 @ the dining table. A cozy living area with a 65" TV and 6' long fireplace with a large deck that towers over the Lake with views from every angle.
Carolina Beach Lake is a .7 mile loop great for walking, biking and birding. It includes swings, paddle boats, and more!

We have unobstructed views of the weekly summer CB firework show! A .2 mile walk to the friday night movie night in CB Lake Park.

.2 miles to the 'Lake Public Beach Access'.
.1 miles to the Veggie Wagon; a market that sells deli sandwiches, baked goods, coffee, wine & beer, ice cream and much more.

A .7 mile walk to the boardwalk safely along the lake and then directly on sidewalks. No need to deal with Carolina Beach road traffic or crossings.

Clean and bright stay!

This was a great fit for our family! Multiple bedrooms and clean facilities. Very modern design. Location was great, a short 3 min walk to the beach access and maybe 8 min walk from the boardwalk made beaching or going out easily accessible.

Carolina stay

Beautiful new home that accommodated our family of 11. We cooked and grilled, and there were enough dishes, but short on silverware especially spoons and knives. The beds were comfortable, but the twin beds are very close to the ceiling - the teenage boys could not get into them and they are all thin athletes. There are a lot of steps, but the elevator worked great!

Fun stay at Carolina Beach

This house is ideally located for beach lovers and others. Overlooking a scenic lake and a Short walk to the beach. We enjoyed stopping by the Veggie Wagon for refreshments and there are also several coffee shops nearby. The lake is perfect for a stroll. The house had plenty of room for our group of 7 (all adults). Appreciated having a dining table big enough for us all to eat together, as well as an adjacent kitchen counter with plenty of stools. Several in our party had to work while we were there and were able to make use of the table/counter or work in their bedrooms. Loved having an elevator to get groceries and luggage to the top floors. The owner was very responsive.

Located directly on Carolina Beach Lake on a very quiet and PRIVATE ROAD. This makes parking convenient as you don’t have to worry about backing on to busy CB road.

Carolina Beach Lake is a .7 mile loop great for walking, biking and birding. It includes a playground with swings, a slide, paddle boards, and more!

We have views of the THURSDAY night summer CB firework show! CB Lake Park also hosts a weekly Farmer’s Market every SATURDAY from May-September, and outdoor summer movies on SUNDAY. All is visible from the comfort/privacy of all of your 3 private decks.

The house is a .2 miles to the beach at the 'Lake Public Beach Access'.
