We did use the indoor pool and the kids had a blast. I did get the sales pitch to sit through a 90 minute talk for the timeshare only to find out that I wasn't eligible because my husband wasn't with me.
We had a nice stay. The staff at Greensprings resort were amazing in how attentive and helpful they were! The resort is an easy drive to many things around Williamsburg.
Cute 2 bedroom condo with scenic back door porch and full kitchen. Was a little bummed there were not elevators. Great location and appeared to have wonderful amenities.

Facilities and amenities were pretty good. The accommodations, not so good. Toys place needs an upgrade and also stocked with more complete kitchen cooking tools. Wifi was weak, and the tvs are probably over 15 years old, so no streaming.
Took the weekend to take the kids to the amusement park. We loved the pool and the ping pong. The condo was nice and big, plenty of room for everyone. The location was perfect and close to food and shopping. Check in was ok except for the guy trying to get me to buy shares with Hilton but other than that I loved it!
Ive been coming down to williamsburg area for the past 10 years.I have stayed at this resort 8 years ago through a time share. The place Is beautiful and well maintained.Workers are very freindly.Just a freindly reminder the pools tend to get crowed
We had a lovely stay at Greensprings Resort! We stayed in an updated unit. It was spacious for the six of us! It had 2 nice bedrooms with huge beds, 2 full bathrooms and the pullout couch worked great for our two teens. It was in a bit of a separate area which worked great! There was a little porch off the living room overlooking a pond. The dining area for all 6 of us nicely! The concierge via text was awesome! Thank you for a great stay!!
Nice place in historic Williamsburg , close to the parks, place was clean and had some items for convince. Bring your own shampoo and lotion as there wasn’t any provided, along with detergent for laundry. Property was nice overall check in was annoying having to check in with the concierge after check was annoying the “concierge” trying to have you sit throug a 90 min meeting to sell time share. Just tell them your not married and that got him off my back
I was at Williamsburg for a high class formal wedding at the Two Rivers Country Club and dinner rehearsal Friday. My check in was to be at 4Pm., dinner at 5:30. I would have had 1 hr. and 30 minutes to get ready. My room was not ready until 4:30PM. Sent us out to find it. 15 minutes later with help from a guy driving a truck, we did. Then taking in our luggage down two flights of stairs taking anther 10 minutes as we could not park close. I had to do my hair and makeup and get dressed in party dress. Lighting for makeup was terrible. Didn’t have time to do my hair with a curling iron. Just combed it out. Then travel in a hurry to the restaurant late. Lamps 2 did not work, the toaster was broken. Toilet was always running even though we turned the water off. Told we needed a parking pass, they did not give us. Kids above us running around at 11 PM. All in all the worst place I ever stayed at. They had lighting problems and pool closed at times, that they texted me about.
The resort was kept nice. The unit we were in was clean. We enjoyed the area for what we were there for. The kitchen could use more accessories. We inquired about the kitchen accessories when we checked out and was told that it is the resort who supplies them. Pool area was clean. Disappointed that the resort had closed the Cabana this year.
