Though apartment is in the center, the Italian yard makes it quiet and cozy place, with hospitable and friendly neighbors. Apartment is bight and sunny, its equipped with all the necessities: new furniture, comfortable beds, heating system, air conditioner, washer, cable tv and internet. Living there you don't have to spend your time and money on transport, as everything is next to you: cafes, pubs, restaurants, markets and shopping malls. Freedom square and metro station is in five minutes walk, opera and ballet theater is across the street. Old town is in ten minutes walk, where all the tourists like to gather and enjoy night life, where all cafes and restaurants are located performing live music, which you enjoy sitting and tasting famous and delicious Georgian cuisine.
