The house is over 130 years old and is recognized as a cultural heritage monument. Despite its age, we have done our best to adapt it to modern needs, while preserving its unique character. Our goal was to create a space where the charm of old Tbilisi meets the comfort of contemporary living — we hope you can feel that blend in every detail.
