About this property

MTK Beach House with new pool, one block from beach in Hither Hills!

Montauk family home right off Old Montauk Highway in Hither Hills with ocean views and a 5-10 minute walk to beach! You can also walk or bike to main part of town with shops and dining. Brand new heated pool. Very rarely available for rent.

The house has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms on the entry level. Living room, TV room (with sleeper sofa), gourmet kitchen/dining area, additional two bathrooms all upstairs with large deck (gas grill) with ocean views for eating and relaxing. In the basement there is an additional sleeping area with queen bed along with a Peloton bike and extra TV area. Great for families - there is a double bunk bedroom (4 total twin beds) and kids toys.

Backyard with lawn with new pool. We are only looking to rent this house to families!
