The villa has about 850 square feet of living area. It occupies two levels, with the second level providing about one-half of the area of the main (entrance) level. There is a full bath on both levels. This unit has been completely renovated both inside and out.
The entrance to this villa is one floor up from ground level providing beautiful views of the bay below and unforgettable sunsets. Both the building and the villas location with in the building make this unit's view one of the best at the entire Westin St. John Resort.
A king-size bed is located in the loft bedroom on the upper level as is a closet, chest of drawers, full bath, TV, and other furniture. The living room has a queen-size convertible sofa, which works well for two persons. There is a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and a washer/dryer within the unit. The TV's are both 32' flat screens.
There is an additional $25/night tax that is collected by the resort at check out.

I also have a, Bay Vista 2 bedroom unit from 4/5/25-4/12/25, sleeps 8, with a Great View, that is in a prime building near the big pool and the beach. With a resort view, the Villa Studio measures 600 sq. feet and is equipped with a full kitchen with breakfast bar, semi-private pool, dining table, sitting area with pull-out sleeper sofa, balcony, washer and dryer, in-room safe, Westin Heavenly® Bed, TV and stereo.The studio sleeps a max of 4 people, and has recently also been redone completely The studio has a nightly rate of $450/night.
