Main floor consists of the dining, living room, cabana bath for the pool and main level, and master bedroom.

The second floor has five additional bedrooms, three bathrooms, a desk for remote work with printer, and balcony overlooking the pool.

The outdoor area consists of grill area, fenced in backyard, executive three hole putting greens, turf backyard with pavers, and resort style pool (set to 88) and hot tub (100)

There is parking for four cars. This is an upscale neighborhood so there is no room to park additional vehicles.
Maximum parking space is four vehicles.
