Great Stay

We had a great stay here. The house was more beautiful than the pictures. The owners were wonderful and very accommodating. We’ll definitely stay here next time we’re visiting New Jersey/New York city.

Appreciate the quick responses of the host while helping understand the ins and outs of city life. It was hard to understand at first, but the host was more than happy to help. It does take about 30 minutes to get to town from the doorstep via bus. It was pretty easy down, little tricky coming back, but this is during Christmas time so it’s expected to take longer. The host also helped with the parking situation which was appreciated. If you like a firm bed, this location is for you. It was nice for a family of 5. We wanted in downtown, but with 5 individuals it would have been too crowded staying down town. This was the perfect spot and enough room. Beautiful views of the city one block up!

The property was lovely, it was comfortable and attractive. I was very pleased, host was attentive. I have a few small suggestions. A full length mirror would be a nice addition. Also some hooks in the bathrooms, or even just some over the door hooks to hang towels, clothes etc. But overall it was a great place, great location and wonderful hosts.

Wonderful hosts, comfy home

The hosts were very prompt to communicate and answer questions and they were open to recommendations. The house listing was very accurate. We really liked that the two bedrooms are on opposite ends of the home with the living and kitchen area dividing the rooms. The neighborhood is great. So many options for delicious international foods and groceries within walking distance, 15 minutes or less. I got my hair and nails done just a couple doors away. Getting to NYC for a work conference was super easy and about 25 minutes away. The waterfront views just two blocks away are amazing! I would stay here again.

Ottimo appartamento a poca distanza dal centro di New York

We stayed in this apartment for 7 days with a couple of friends, and we had a great time. The house is large and spacious, equipped with a comfortable kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Additionally, if you stay for a week or more, you can purchase a booklet of 10 tickets for the New Jersey Transit bus, which will take you to the heart of Manhattan (near Times Square) in just 15 minutes. Just a two-minute walk from the apartment, you can also admire the fantastic New York City skyline. The owners are kind and helpful. As for our suggestions: 1. There are no shelves or surfaces in the bathrooms, and a handheld showerhead would be useful to avoid getting your hair wet every time you shower. 2. The soundproofing with the upper floor could be improved.Siamo stati 7 giorni in questo appartamento con una coppia di amici e siamo stati davvero bene: la casa è grande e spaziosa, dotata di una cucina comoda e due camere da letto e due bagni. Inoltre, se si alloggia per una settimana o più, è possibile comprare un carnet di 10 biglietti per il pullman New Jersey transit che vi porterà al centro di Manhattan (nei pressi di times square) in 15 minuti.Ad appena due minuti a piedi dall'appartamento è anche possibile ammirare il fantastico Skyline di New York.
