About this property

Very Elegant 2 BR, incl Private Bunk, 2 full BA & Assigned Parking on 3rd floor

Condo was newly renovated December 2020/January 2021!

Shores of Panama Unit 1416, 14th floor with full double balcony, straight on view of the gorgeous lagoon pool and beautiful white sandy beach, including reserved covered parking.

WHAT IS GREAT ABOUT OUR UNIT? It is one of the NICEST units in Shores of Panama. And underwent extensive remodeling December 2020. It has been professionally decorated with beautiful furniture and beautiful colors. Why stay in a condo with white walls and bland furniture?

Elevator is only a few feet away from the entry to the room.

Parking is on beach side with elevator close to unit, no long walk when you are in a hurry.

Our master bedroom is on the ocean side and has a large king size bed with upgraded mattress (November 2020) that is very comfortable. Read our reviews to see what others have said about it.

Our 2nd bedroom has a set of bunk beds however bottom bunk is a Full bed, can sleep up to three (3). It also has a closet and a flat screen television and a private full bathroom.

Our living room has a brand new (January 2021) beautiful sectional sofa that has a queen pull out sleeper with an upgraded mattress. This is an Interior Designer's personal condo furnished with upscale decor with comfort in mind. You have to visit with us at least once!! You will want to come back to The Shores of Panama often. Not your average rental condo!! January 2012 BRAND new floors.

Our one bedroom with bunk room is located on the 14th floor.

Attention to detail is top priority to make your stay like home.

The pool is approximately 18,000 sq. feet with 468 feet of gulf frontage. There is also an indoor heated pool, workout room, and rentable banquet space for large groups.

Absolutely the BEST!!! Come see us soon, we take great pride in our unit and stay in it often!!!

PLEASE NOTE: The Shores of Panama resort has begun its three (3) year (2024, 2025 & 2026) renovation to the exterior of the building. During the renovation process, the pools and all amenities will remain open as well as the beach and beach access.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out is 10:00 am on day of departure. Any delay in departure time will result in a charge of $50.00 per half hour.
Please leave NO food in the refrigerator and the pantry, and be sure the coffee pot is turned OFF. Make sure the sliding door is closed. Turn off ALL LIGHTS.
All debris, rubbish and discards are to be placed in trash. Take out all trash and place it in rubbish shoots located on each condo floor near the left of elevators, door marked as “trash chute”.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest is required to answer a series of questions via inbox within 24 hours of booking being accepted.
Photo ID of renter + all guests in party may be required upon booking acceptance.

Our family had an excellent time vacationing at the Shores of Panama. This condo unit is very well maintained, which made our stay even more pleasant. Nice proximity to local attractions. Excellent view of the Gulf from this unit. The beach was beautiful. We would definitely recommend staying here. The owner of the unit, Chris, was also very helpful during the booking process and in helping us prepare for our stay.

The best!

My husband and I just spent a week in PCB in Chris' condo and had the best time. The condo itself was amazing...clean, stocked with necessities, and very roomy. Chris and Melissa are so nice and accommodating. I will definitely be coming back! The Shores of Panama Resort itself is a pretty popular place therefore it was busy and noisy at times, but it didn't bother us at all.

We had a great stay in this unit. Everything that was listed was provided and communication with owner was A+! I would recommend this unit to anyone wanting a nice stay at a very nice resort! Fall break with the family was all we could have wanted and more. Only note I would make is that the bunk room is a pretty tight space and not much room to move around. A little smaller than what picture displays but still very functional.

Great stay!

We’ve always stayed at shores of Panama, but this is our first time staying in this particular condo. The condo was great! We love the location since it’s close to all the things we enjoy on our vacation. The property manager is great to work with. Great communication and the check-in/check-out process went very smooth. During peak season the elevator situation is rough, but we knew what we were getting ourselves into upon booking. If you use the elevators early in the morning and later in the evening it wasn’t bad. Definitely recommend this particular property.

The condo that we rented from Chris was everything we wanted. The size was perfect, the view from the balcony was spectacular. Chris was excellent on getting back to use when we had questions. The building outside could use a little updating. One thing that I would have liked was a place for recycling. Did not like that there was nothing there for that. The staff at the complex were very friendly and helpful

Wonderful Panama City Beach Condo

This condo in "Shores of Panama" in Panama City Beach is everything a family could ask for in a vacation getaway. The location is superb and convenient to shopping, tourist activities and more great restaurants than you could eat at in a year. Once inside the condo you will be amazed. The decor is beautiful and the view from the patio balcony is everything you could hope for. Everything inside the condo was clean and worked great. We have stayed several times in PC but this by far was the best condo for a great getaway. Chris, the owner, was fantastic in responding to any questions ! Just want to say a big Thank You to Chris for making our Thanksgiving week vacation so wonderful. We will be returning to this condo again when we visit PC Beach again. The Ferguson Family

We fell in love with Shores of Panama Resort the minute we saw it and we are sure you will too! What's not to love about the huge resort style pool, tiki bars, live entertainment and kids activities!

It is absolutely the best location on the beach. This condo offers gorgeous and unobstructed views of white sand beach and the glittering Gulf of Mexico from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom. Sit on the brand new (January 2021) sectional sofa and gaze at beautiful white sand beach and crystal clear blue water.

Enjoy a leisurely meal on the 30 foot long double balcony or just sit and take in the breathtaking view. The interior is beautifully decorated and will make you feel right at home. This 14th floor condo offers everything you will need to make your vacation perfect. Located conveniently close to elevators (perfect when carrying beach equipment, groceries etc.) Too many extras to mention here...

What makes this property unique

The sunrises and sunsets are amazing. The beach is absolutely gorgeous. Condo is within walking distance of Ripley's Believe It Or Not, Wonderworks, family and fine dining restaurants, bars , Walmart and other shopping. Only minutes from miniature golf, GoKarts, water parks, scooter rentals and Pier Park.
