The location is a very walkable neighbourhood full of restaurants, shops and bars. All services steps from the door!
5 minute walk to the metro, bike path and Lachine canal 2 blocks away. Atwater farmers market is an easy 10 minute walk along the canal, or explore Notre Dame street bustling with nightlife and activity. The apartment is on a quiet side street, there is street parking available.
Easy access to downtown, Old Montreal, and all other attractions.
There is one queen bed in the upstairs bedroom. and a queen in the downstairs bedroom.
The apartment is on the ground floor, there is a large garden with deck and patio area to enjoy summer days outdoors.

The neighborhood has a rich history, I love the old buildings that are being revived. It is a vibrant and trendy area full of artists, interesting shops, great restaurants, and is so close to the metro for easy access everywhere - no need for a car.
What makes this property unique
My apartment is so centrally located, yet being on a quiet side street is a nice respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. The garden is huge and very private for this area.
I renovated the entire duplex so all of it has modern comforts like heated slate floors, fireplace, and quality appliances. It has big windows which bring in abundant natural light especially for a ground floor.
