We absolutely loved this place. The owner clearly cares about the experience of his guests as he looks to have made some recent improvements and upgrades. A very quiet and clean property with nice and functional amenities. The location is great as it’s central to many of the great attractions in Lexington. 100% would stay here again.

House was clean and in a convenient, quiet location. We stayed here for three nights to move our daughter into UK, which was about a 10 minute drive to the dorm. The location is off the busy main roads, but close to every dining and shopping option you could need. Check in was simple and host offered garage parking spot in addition to the driveway. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location near groceries and restaurants. Amazing backyard for the dogs to run around. This home is comfortable for the 6 people we had staying there. The neighbourhood is quiet and an easy drive into any campus events.

We enjoy the house, deck in nice weather and the well equipped kitchen.It is in a great location, handy to lots of great restaurants especially Carson’s and Malones.The host’s instructions were detailed and check in instructions clear.We have returned to this house many times while visiting Lexington.

My family and I had to stay here for some appointments at UK and we were beyond happy with our stay. We got to be able to stay in our favorite part of Lexington and have the accommodations that made a week of UK appointments more tolerable! Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at the house for 5 nights for purposes of visiting horse farms and the racetrack. Location was perfect. Short drives to lots of restaurants and even some within walking distance. House was clean and comfortable and having one bedroom upstairs provided extra privacy. Jim was very responsive to our questions both before and during our stay.

This place was amazing!Great location, comfortable home with everything I needed to cook. The crockpot was such a plus and it was so nice to come back after a day of adventures to a homemade meal! The host was great and the check out was easy. We really loved our stay here
