Amazing location

This property is beautiful and the beach being right out front is wonderful. The pool / beach resort fee is 40 per day, and also 35 for parking which is kind of a surprise when arriving. The staff at the hotel/residence was lovely and it felt very secure. The elevators of this building were particularly painful but thankfully this unit is on the 10th floor - one floor up from the pool / restaurant area. The views from the unit were amazing. Any negative I have to say about this space has nothing to do with the actual unit really just the building itself. One thing that could be better inside the unit is more towels / dishwasher detergent in the kitchen as we were there for a week. It was unclear to me if I could have called downstairs and treated it as the hotel or if I was using the owners things. Anyway, the beach itself is worth it.

Beach service closed too early - at 6pm while sun was still out Unfriendly , rude staff who took away beach chairs and towels before 5pm Forgot towel card in room and had to go back to the room to get it instead of just taking down my name and room number - took me an hour to go up and come back down Apt in need of renovation and deep cleaning

water leaks

When we used the washer it leaked out on to the hall floor. The refrigerator had a puddle of water in front of it every other day or so, and the patio door had no handle.
