Very responsive host! Clean, great view, had everything we needed. We did have a maintenance issue and we contacted the host and it was fixed the very next morning(it was on a Sunday evening when we notified them, so we didn’t expect for the issue to be fixed the same day) No issues at all. We loved it!

We loved everything about our stay. It was extremely clean, the perfect size for us and exactly what we needed. The location was great with everything we needed right across the street. The grounds were very nice, very clean and friendly. We will definitely be back!

Enjoyed our stay, but the construction was a bit tough for early mornings. We were not told of the construction until after we booked, Staff was nice and friendly and location was great. Looking forward to trying again after construction is complete.

I have really mix emotions about this property the location was great although I didn't care to much about the property the pictures online was a little false advertisement bathroom was small shower door on the fram had mold or what appears to be mold I guess I was looking for a more romantic place being we was celebrating my husband 50th birthday and our anniversary for the price i guess i was just expecting a luttle bit more i have stayed in many condos in that area i have to say this has been thee most i dont want to say unpleasant but i will say i was very disappointed

Great location; needs lots of updating at this price point

We grew up coming to Perdido Sun resort every summer of my childhood, so I am quite familiar with this resort and the Perdido Key area, both of which we enjoy as a family, and this trip was no exception. However, we were disappointed by aspects of this particular unit. For starters, no pictures were posted of this unit prior to the final cancellation with refund date. We asked about this and were told they would be made available as soon as possible, but it was not in time for us to receive a full refund. The decor is described “a blend of beach-chic meets coastal contemporary”. However, it is not. While everyone is entitled to their own design style, at this price—and with this description—you would expect something light, bright, beachy and evocative of the emerald coast the unit looks out on. We were disappointed that it did not match the description or truly feel like a beach retreat. The decor, the bathrooms, and the unit itself (e.g. carpet in master bedroom) require a good bit of updating in order to justify the set rental price. While the master bedroom tv is a Roku TV, there is no streaming device in the living room. It has been several years since I’ve encountered a VRBO rental without streaming capabilities; again, at this price point I would expect it would be a standard amenity in 2023. The Gulf Coast location and the Perdido Sun resort are excellent attributes, and this unit could certainly be excellent in the future once these issues are addressed.

The view was very nice. The condo is in a great location. It had a nice stocked kitchen and linens. My husband and I really had a good time. I wish the chairs on the balcony were more comfortable. The bedroom has a nice king size bed, but it also has a lot of furniture which makes it difficult to get around the bed. The bath is also smaller than we thought it would be in the picture. We would love to stay again.
