Seven Lakes Golf and Tennis 24/7 gated community - 55 and older. Rent includes golf fees for renter(excludes golf cart fee). Rent also includes cable, internet, water, sewer and garbage. And access to tennis, 6 pools, fitness center and all the amenities at Seven Lakes including on-site restaurant/bar.
No pets or smoking allowed.
12 month lease - $3,000 per month plus tax
6 month rental during winter months - Oct 1 to April 30th - $4,000 per month plus tax, and a $150 application fee to Seven Lakes.
