WINTER MONTHS, NOV-MAR requires a 3 month minimum rental. This 1 bedroom/1 bath condo is centrally located in the highly sought after Lakeshore Village gated community. Walking distance to Rotary Park, Aquatic Center, Lake, Channel, Restaurants, Shopping, Movie Theater, Golf Course and the London Bridge. The condo sleeps four with 1 King bed and Sleeper Sofa. Additional features include Smart TV, WiFi, electric fireplace, washer/dryer, walk-in closet and more! There is a patio off the Living room and Bedroom that has plenty of seating to enjoy your coffee or the beautiful weather we have in Havasu. Just past the patio is an easy entrance to Rotary Park. The condo community has a heated pool, spa, picnic area, Pickle ball/Tennis court and BBQ area. Carport parking in front of this lower level unit. Additional parking area for boat/trailer/RVs and also guest parking available. All rentals 30+ days, the renter is responsible for any Electric over $125 per month.
