My wife and I are graduates of Texas A&M and college sweethearts. After a career of military service, we are so excited to be living in our college hometown. Needless to say, we love all things A&M--including sharing it with others! We have owned this property for six years and take pride in it's upkeep. This home's location is so ideal & convenient that we bought our forever home just around the corner! Near retail & restaurants, this comfortable, clean & conveniently located home home is only 2 miles from the beautiful Aggie Park (adjacent to Kyle Field on Texas A&M University's Main Campus) and .4 miles from Gumby's Pizza for that late night pepperoni roll run!
